I do not wish to get involved in internal Yardistani matters, but I would like to see MASS elevated to a Barony, with Mirioth, Amity and So-Sara as separate counties. But that is merely a suggestion.

Re-constructed-
Whereas there are undeveloped counties in Yardistan, Therefore, in the spirit of fuedalism and Anarchy-
A Shirithian who is not a Yardistani may become count of a vacant county by paying a fee of money and/or service to the Anarch-Duke and/or the appropriate Baron.
Such contract shall be for 100 years ASC or less, and shall be renewable.
Should the Count of such a County remain abent from his/her county for 15 years ASC without a valid LOA, the county may be declared vacant.
Should the Count of such count become Yardistani, the contract shall end, and the county held as any other.
