Position on Amokolia

Good Minister of the Exterior,

As you know, Amokolia has been a loyal ally of Shireroth for some time (apart from slight tension over the Elwynn river along with Ashkenatza). As you probably know, Amokolia has struggled somewhat in the last six months to retain citizens and activity, and in the last month, have begun considering options of merging themselves with a larger nation (Shireroth, Stomark and Gralus have all been considered, and they seem to have settled on another old ally of theirs, Ocia). Ryan, who only became a citizen relatively recently (but I will admit did great development of the island of Leng during that time), has tried to sell some Amokolian land to himself in another nation, without consulting the other Amokolian citizens. The founder and perennial leader of Amokolia, our own Jess, has opposed this.

At the same time, Jess has arranged to join Ocia (the one we're doing a university partnership with) and retain Amokolian culture and land within that. Ryan said he a. Didn't care what Amokolia did as long as he got Leng for his country and b. Opposed it because Jess opposed his action.

I was wondering whether Shireroth had a position on this matter.

A concerned citizen.

This matter will be discussed between myself and the MiniEx to begin with. An official position will be announced as soon as we have one. :p

Remember how I held that Shireroth acquiring exclusive control of the source of the West Elwynn River was a bad thing? Well - now considering that:
1. My 'cousin' Pachad is no longer the Ashkenatzim Nohsi;
2. The Ocian Federation is about to become a neighbour;

My objections evaporate.
