Some things that need clearing up.

I, Duke Bacchus of Yardistan and Anarch of Yardistan, do declare the following:

First that with the enactment of this decree the former Dukes Jess and Prodigy Almighty shall be members of the Order of Mischievous Intent in the grade of Dux Emeritus and may therefore style themselves as "Dux Emeritus *name* DEOMI".
Second that a level of religious tolerance shall be observed throughout the Duchy of Yardistan, and that no one will be persecuted or discriminated against on account of their religious beliefs. There will be no official religion for the Duchy, though individual Baronies may adopt official religions. Any nobles or non-noble residents of the Duchy who are found to violate this provision of this decree shall be banished from the Duchy.
Third that a great temple to the god Dionysus shall be constructed just outside the city of Novi Nigrad, and shall have a subboard created for it within the Duchy of Yardistan board. The High Priest of Dionysus (Bacchus, myself) shall have moderator powers over the subboard.
Fourth that Gman Russell shall be appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Yardistani Militias and is hereby instructed to set out raising a militia force on the SCIRA system for at least every Barony if not every County. Costs will be subsidised by local residents and Ducal taxation.

Be it so enacted!
Signed & Sealed by Bacchus, Anarch of Yardistan

I'm a poor choice for that, chief. I don't know the first thing about SCIRA.

*Butting in*

You could always get someone to do the SCIRA stuff for you. :p

I like the idea of having you in charge of the armies of the Duchy, Greg- and, like the Kaiseress says, you can always delegate that particular responsibility to someone else. Or just not do it. :p

It's just like the Anunia convention, only without all the long clarifications. The only major difference is buying units and that magic is allowed, but if you just want a conventional military, you can get them all through MiniTrade at the moment as all the other shops for modern weaponry have stopped.
