It brings my entire department and I great shame to learn that your Imperial Majesty was forced to update ShireWiki because no one in the Ministry of Information was available to do so on your behalf. We have failed both your Niftiness and the Imperial Republic. I have to say that since the Minister's abduction by International Baccalaureate gnomes has not made things easier, but that is no excuse for our failure. Therefore the entire Department of Public Enlightenment (ShireWiki Updating) including myself would like to humbly offer you our resignations and beg your forgiveness. I am sure that when the Minister returns he will see to it that someone more fitting takes our place.

I simply edited Shirewiki cause I wanted to. Don't take it as critique or anything. I am most willing to do a bit of Shirewikification now in the beginning, but I will probably get tired of it soon. The Imperial Decrees are my main concern at the moment, they need to be Wikied and links updated and all that stuff.
