Shireroth

To all dear citizens of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, love and happiness be with you!

The office of Arbiter has been vacant for a while, which is not good at all. The Arbiter is one of the most important offices in Shireroth, and also mandated by the Charter.

Therefore, I am happy to announce the appointment of Bacchus to the position of Arbiter of the Imperial Judex. I am confident that he will perform his duties well and perhaps not be as uncompromising as his predecessor was.

Signed by my hand, this Gaghday, the Eleventh of Krondokin, 3575 ASC.

Congratulations!

Thank you, my Kaiseress. I will do my utmost best to fulfill your expectations, and hope that I will fill the big shoes Mike left behind.

Edit: By the way, might I add, the irony of my appointment given my religious convictions is killing me. However I will take this position seriously, though I will ever be wary of taking it too seriously.

Congrats!
