It's a valid point. I mean, I could declare myself hippy Kaiser and not tell anyone in order to get around the one-citizenship law. Being open about your identity helps resolve those issues, though it has become fairly obvious by now

On my sacred honor, Her Niftyness is a citizen in good standing, and has no other citizenships but this one. If I didn't know that, I'd be waiving my sword and foaming at the mouth.
