I'd like to start a new town called "Impunity".

I'm (mostly) inactive for a week or two. Is there a Barony or county available where I can put my new town??

Amity and Mirioth are both pretty filled (even if my map is missing), but So-Sara has alot of empty space and small islands...

Its about time
