I remembered reading something about paying to add new emotes to the side bar. Is that still possible?

Yeah, you could, like, read the announcement at the top of this forum . In short, present the smiley image and a receipt (I wonder how to best implement receipts on ShireBank) for 800 erb paid to the Crown account for smilies visible on the posting page, or 200 erb for ones visible behind the "View more smilies" link. Oh, and the image itself has to be decent and all that, of course.
