Position of Deputy Praetor

Most esteemed Duke,
I come before you not to plead or to force propaganda upon you, but instead to instigate thought. Weather or not you chose to reconsider your vote in the Landsraad is a decision you will make, but I urge you to consider this: While I may be new to Shireroth and not as experienced as Jess, I have the will and drive (
) to do just as well. I also don't seek the position for the sake of having the power or the title but more so for the sake of further aquatinting myself with this country and its people. I completely understand however your choice of Jess as he is, as he claims, a reliable and consistent citizen and also suitable to the position. I hope you take this to your heart and consider what I have said when you next return to the Landsraad.
Sincerely,
