Decree I: Regarding Heating

By the will of the Baron of Thul, the following Decree shall be implemented forthwith:
I herby declare that from this day forth all houses must be Wrapped in Sheep to reduce heating cost as importing the oil required to heat houses is taking away from the construction of Ice Sculptures of your glorious Baron: Me!

Excellent. I approve of this. However, I worry as to how you will find so many sheep.
