Revised Baronies and Counties:
Eliria: Eliria & Utasia, Illumination
Iserdia: Bjorngard, Cape Farewell, Smjörkýr
Loki (new): Alalehzamin, Araxion (new Baron: Allot)
Nordland: Cimmeria & Agnesia (united), Hyperborea, Wintergleam (new Baron: Leo)
Nordland: renamed to Thule
Kai-Raikoth: abolished

Honourable Minister,
I beseech you to disregard the changes that the tyrannical "Duke" has brought before you. He seeks to stamp out the rebellion that has voiced its discontent with him by destroying Elwynnese culture. If you truly care for Elwynn and for Shireroth, I beg of you, leave the counties and baronies as they are.

Due to the unfortunate illegality of the rebellion, the MiniInt is obliged fulfil his duties with regards to that, so please disregard the above message from the Baron of Loki.

It depends if the MiniInt thinks it will succeed or not. If the rebellion does succeed, it'd save the MiniInt a lot of effort not to create and archive forums; and if it fails, well, it costs him nothing to waor so for that to become obvious.

The rebellion is not over, and Jacobus has admitted he is moving not because he cares about Elwynn, but in order to carpetbag for Iskander. AFAIK this is not illegal, but it is darned unethical.

Please note that as presider for the Council of Eliria I herby deferred all above requests until the Council comes to a conclusion.

It has been clarified that all the above requests need no longer be deferred.

Due to some complication regarding the actual changes that have been made to Elwynn it would be best to disregard all the above requests (except that Jacobus is Duke) and at the conclusion of the Council I will post a finalized list of changes to be made.
