I hereby renounce my citizenship for it is no longer allowed for me to hold citizenship in Shireroth, effective upon annotation by the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization.

Ok, having just visited Stormark, I understand.
So as not to get in the way of the Longboats Throne, I shall free you of your duty as MiniImNat.

The Amendment to the Emperor's Code is being voted on as we speak (with all votes being AYE so far), so Harald should be allowed a Shirerithian citizenship again shortly.
