Tax Exemption Form

This is a form to fill out only if you have > 1000
and am only holding that amount because you intend to buy a single item that is more expensive than your current total amount of erb.
That is, if you're holding erb merely because you're saving up for something specific, you can fill this out and you're tax exempt for this month. If you fail to buy that item after you have enough money, that counts as fraud and a I will nab you.
If you just have lots of money because you can't be bothered to buy anything, buy something you lazy slob, or I'll tax ya'.
Otherwise, spend till you have <1000, and you pay no tax!
