Shireroth

I know the economy needs jump starting. And I've been thinking quite a bit about various ways. So here's another of my crazy ideas. What if we made Shireroth a little more fictional? I don't think it would change a lot, but say, if you were hosting "The Festival of the Sun", like in Elwynn, you would need to buy lots of decorations and the like. if you wanted to roam around in a fancy carriage, you need to buy it. Pretty much I'm coming up with ways for Dukes to spend their money (after all, who else has any? )
