It is the opinion of the MiniTrade (and supported by MiniImNat) that the citizens named below are no longer legally alive. That is, they have been inactive for three or more months. In an effort to keep funds flowing, particularly those granted in the initial redistribution when the economy was inflated, MiniTrade requests permission to remove these accounts and return the money to the crown. As these people have not officially declared their intention to leave Shireroth, and have merely gone inactive, MiniTrade proposes the following conditions on this permission:
The list, as posted below, shall be placed in the Minitrade with, next to it, the amount of funds in each account at time of deletion. Should one of the individuals in question return and find their account deleted and wish to renew their citizenship, they may request at Minitrade at which time 75% of the funds in their account when deleted shall be returned to them from the Crown Account.

Wil Nider

If this proposal is pleasing to your niftiness, MiniTrade will need you to decree the citizen's death. MiniTrade is only empowered to delete the accounts of those citizens who publicly renounce their citizenship; and those declared dead by Kaiser or Act of Landsraad. MiniTrade figures the Landsraad need not be bothered with such a routine matter when the assent of the Kaiser is enough.

Krasniy's got a thing for long LOAs and for eventually returning from them, I recommend we don't touch his money just yet.

I agree. I paid him a reasonable amount of moolah for those OMI medals, even if the money is pointless by the time he returns I would like to think he could still have it.

Krasniy is declared in a "Coma" and thus not dead. If not back in a month, then I'll authorize his declaration of death.

I hereby declare the others on the list dead with the ability to request 75% back, if they return from the dead, from the MiniTrade. In addition, if they desire the complete 100%, they may petition to me directly. I make no promise that I'll return the money, but the option is there.

I also authorize the MiniImNat to declare death in my name for individuals who have no filled out the Census 2 times in a row, and authorize the MiniTrade to act on this declaration accordingly.

I don't see a need to make this all an official decree.

Simple solutions...

As per the above topic and this, its been kindly brought to my attention that Krasniy remains in a coma, and that perhaps it is time to remove the funds and return them to the Crown Account?

I await the Kaiseress' opinion.

I leave that decision up to you. In the future, may I suggest that any move like this that fall within your area of responsibility are handled by you? Just post in the MiniTrade that you will do this and that by whatever date (preferably a couple of days) and if I don't object, do it. Your authority is delegated from the Kaiseress after all.
