Shireroth

According to LB XIII.E.2, citizens may be declared legally dead and their money revoked. I seem to recall somewhere death could be declared after having not filled in the census/posted for 3 months.

While the MiniImNat does not have legal authority to declare citizens dead under LB XIII.E.2, MiniTrade is requesting your official opinion on the life status of the following accounts, for our own bookeeping purposes, and to ensure money is not endlessly lost to the system.

Krasniy Yastreb
Lectriece
Noemi_Vassiliais
Sebastien
Vesennas
Wil Nider

Accounts with less than 1000 erb that may or may not be dead have not been included in this list.

On a side issue, the Ministry would like to know if the following people are recognised citizens within Shireroth, or whether they are accidental accounts which should thus be deleted from the bank. They all contain no funds.

Once again may I stress that this is merely asking the MiniImNat's official opinion on the accounts, and in no way should be taken to mean that the MiniTrade is intending to anything more than note that opinion. Any citizen who has been named here is most welcome to post in this thread and identify themselves among the living.

Some of those are proly test accounts.

I guessed that, but I'm having someone else confirm it before I delete them.

I can tell you ones with "test" in them can be deleted. I made them.

After having looked into this matter, it is the opinion of the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization that all people on the list above, except for foghorn and Gilrean Treebane can be considered dead for they all disappeared from Shireroth and not giving a sign of life for a period exceeding three months.
