Yep. I joined and stayed a citizen for perhaps a year. Then I left micronationalism for quite a while, but returned later to Cyberia and Morovia. I don't remember what handle I used before, but I was a citizen under my own name in '99, http://www.geocities.com/capitolhill/lo ... zens2.html. I wasn't active anywhere else though, so maybe that's why you didn't notice me.
