A brief statement to any former Dinarchial Anticans assembled here: very early this morning, whilst conversing on MSN, Delphi and I finally got ideas about how the government of the Duchy of Antica ought to be put together ( it was a pretty rough set of ideas, for the purpose of finishing the contract), and I wan't sure if he had told you guys yet.
