Your Niftiness, CJMiller will have to reapply for citizenship. He resigned it and never reapplied, just stated that he took his resignation back. I would be much more comfortable with this in a legal sense if he just reapplied.

My latest copy of a listing for houses and their members. Kalir over takes Tosha as largest House. CJMiller was removed from House Mortis due to not upholding the ideals and honor of the House, and not being a citizen (Re-application got stuck).

That's a tough one. I'm sort of inclined to suggest being under a Major House, at least at first... it can always be made autonomous later if we develop enough as a House...
