I agree with the thing about the IAC. Either it's public enough that everyone should know about it, or it's secret enough that it should be a military matter and put in SEP. The IAC was a good idea for its time but has outlived its usefulness.

As for conflict, I think the trick is getting people who disagree (like in this thread) without getting it to the point where it's yelling type conflict like in Menelmacar. One good step there would be to REOPEN THE LANDSRAAD. Although I am pretty against political parties, hearing Bill support them is ironic enough that I might be convinced to change my position.
