The problem with stepping down and making Erik ruler is, that he needs full Kaiserial support, as it was decreed that his own Bloodline be blocked from the Kaisership. Therefore a Kaiser would first have to repeal the will of Kaiseress Aure I in order for Erik to become ruler. So this cannot happen (as Jadie is against the rebellion and Erik is for it) unless a different kaiser (in this case, Nick) Repeals the bloodline restriction...But then there is the case of the effect of that decree on Nick, for, as he claims, he seems to be of the Metzler Dynasty, which is that which was banned from the throne in the aforementioned Will. So this means that someone on else on the side of the rebellion would have to take the kaisership first...

The banning of the Metzler Dynasty was declared In the Kaiseress's court, and it was declared as her will. Therefore, it is law. And although the current Kaiseress may be above the law, those seeking the crown (do we have a crown?) are not. Unless the will of the Kaiseress past is repealed first by the will of a current Kaiser, you will not be able to become Kaiser, and neither will Erik. Waiiiiit..... She banned Anyone of the Dynasty descending from me from being Kaiser.. she technically got tied to my dynasty when I made her Heir.. since there was no break in the order of heirs... which would tie Meskan and Jadie into that same Dynasty.. meaning... the last and current Kaiser are invalid.... this too would make Nick an Invalid Kaiser... in fact.. when Aure appoint an heir...she negated her own decree....Cause a Dynasty is basicly an unbroken chain of rulers. If we had a break with no Kaiserly heir for a moment, and someone simply took the position since they had some right to the throne.. than it would be a NEW dynasty...But Aure basicly banned the original Bloodline of SHireroth form ruling.... RAynor X was of that bloodline.. thus.. Aure, Meskan and Jadie were tied into that bloodline.. So... No one can be Kaiser right now... if we obeyed Aure's will.. but she made Meskan Kaiser.. breaking her own "decree".. WOOT! E. umm... I dont think doing something illegal negates that law... that just makes it an exception... oh, and that doesn't mean nobody can be kaiser... it just means that you guys can't be kaiser... No....You are wrong...we thought that she overruled herself but according to when she posted everythiing she removed herself from the Kaisership and Harvey as well...because he was of the Metzler dynasty. But since Brappa Lu'Eraro stated that I was to become Kaiseress that overrules the Kaiseress' will since it came from the gods. Does that makes sense? Accually.. I made a mistake.. Meskan wasn't made part of my Dynasty.. just the Bloodline... Only persons who can be in the same Dynasty as me are other people with the Metzler Family name, or a direct link through blood. My Cousin Jason could be part of my Dynasty.. but Harvey, can't.. unless he was my cousin or sometihng and I didn't know...I got confused...So... she made the right decree to keep me out of power...
