Well, Scott, one could say that a stereotypical micronationalist is a human male between the ages of 14 and 23, so the first thing we do is discount everyone who's not in that range. Now, we would use our knowledge of the real world (assuming we haven't yet looked at the World Council pictures) to work out what a normal micronationalist should look like - i.e. he should look like a normal male aged 14-23.
