This is odd! Tell me, must I write something new in order to read new posts?

Hehe, I'll see what I can do, my Kaiseress. Making websites is one of things I do love to do...And Baldwin, what do you mean?

Well I assumed that one of you would have written something by then, but the screen didn't reload and nothing showed up, so I was wondering if this was one of those deals where you had to write something new in order to read other people's new posts on the same thread. Of course, as I said, I was working on the assumption that one of you would have written something by that point.

And do you know what else is odd? I haven't seen Henzelli anywhere. I certainly hope he hasn't done something silly, like join another micronation. And I wonder if many of the less-active Anticans even got the news that Antica had been annexed (e.g., RosetheConfused). Edited by: Baldwin PlantagenetJulii at: 12/20/05 15:27

Most of them left. Henzelli had said he wouldn't join us if Antica ceded to Shireroth, so I'm assuming he's left. We're fine though, with 5 citizens of our Duchy.

Which is really a shame. I liked Henzelli. He was a fiery patriot, but perhaps too hotheaded. After all, temporary existence as a duchy is better than nothing, and is Antica's slavation anyway; and that's not to say I wasn't sad to see Antica go into dormancy, but there are better ways of showing emotionsthan simply storming out (for example, I wrote a rathy crappy poem and then stupidly tried to get it passed through the nonexistent Antican senate.)

Kaiseress if you're still here, are you still needing ambassadors? If so, I wouldn't mind volunteering.

Well actually the National Poem Bill had two sections. Sec. 1 proposed that Antica adopt a national poem. Sec. 2 gave the title of the poem and the text. It was two or three stanzas long and really only rhymed in the first one.

Well, it wasn't actually a HORRIBLE poem

Delphi, send me a gzipped complete backup of the site and I'll slap it up on the Shirerithian host, with the proper links of course. And Octavius, unless you're applying for residence, bugger off ________________It is a damn poor mind indeed which can't think of at least two ways to spell any word.-Andrew Jackson

I don't mind telling you that, but only in a private message...whomever is watching this board doesn't need to know my Hotmail addresss..and since I don't really know you personally it would be nice to keep all messages to business.

If you know how to use ezboard's pm system, PM it to me. If not, PM it over on Antica's fora.

Hope what's acceptable? And by the way, part of the reason I'd like to be able to communicate via IM is so that we don't have to have this sort of conversation on a public forum.

Alright, I've sent you your message. I would be much obliged if you would read it and RSVP ASAP.

But you're quite right, of course. IM is quicker than PM and far more private.
