I'm afraid Harvey can't come back until at least November. He's very busy with primary elections now. It turns out he is actually another facet of the entity commonly known as Howard Dean, who is thirty-odd years younger than the original due to a temporal mishap incurred during one of the Control of Destiny adventures.
