If it were possible for us to make an alliance between our two houses for the future government of Shireroth, I would be happy to do so. The Kaiser hasn't been clear on matter, either. So that doesn't help

Anyway, if we were able to make an alliance, perhaps in a treaty of some sort outlining our goals and intentions, that would be sound.

Could you draw up a draft treaty? I'm constantly reminded that I *should* be doing uni work, and trying to write up a treaty will take away from me more time that I *should* be spending reading on evolutionary/institutional economics.

The Kaiser vetoed it. We can't form an alliance for the kaisership.
