I request that Jess be given back his Gold Sword. The Sword doesn't mean that we like him, it means we honor and recognize his contribution to the defense of Shireroth. It's not something that should be taken away for political reasons, any more than the President of the US would take the Medal of Honor away from a soldier who criticized his tax policies.

I suggest in the future honors be taken away only if it can be proven that they were obtained under false pretenses, or if the Kaiser bestowing them is declared an Antikaiser.

Ultimately all decisions are political, including deciding on whom we honour and recognise and whose honours are revoked. The Kaiser's authority in this area is absolute. In the meantime I would suggest that the matter can be reviewed should Jess ever cease to be a "bad neighbour".
