As much as it pains me to be logical for once, I'll have to agree.

Let the barony be your restaurant. Use the spices you have, the peasants as your staff, etc.

Okay, let me decide for you then. You are going to live in Brookshire, where you will have the only liquor license (hey, I'm the Duke).

You can open hundreds of branches in Kildare. We're historians, we love food. We even have discovered that we need food to survive.

The license is for your entire company (in Brookshire ofc).

Ok, I open two hotels. One in Kildare and one in Brookshire. Maybe I conclude a treaty between my branches.

The hotel and catering industry is a difficult one to break into. You'll need to get some experience in. Indeed I've often heard that starting from the bottom is the only way to get a real appreciation of the intricacies involved. Bearing that in mind I suggest you go down into the kitchens and make a start peeling
these as I fancy chips for my supper. We can discuss your doubtlessly enthralling and entirely sane plans to be the next J. W. Marriott once you're done.

Hello, Mr. Farewell. Nice to see you. Unfortunately I don't know you. Well, I don't know noone here really, I don't know Shireroth, too. Ok, so I think I've found my destination, I'm going to become a sociologist, someone who want to understand what in micronations is going up.
Well, hm, ok, ehrm ... where is my office? My academical office, my institute? May you lead me to my sociological institute, Mr. Farewell.
*is ready to follow him*
