Me too! You know who would know? Ryan Caruso!
And last I checked, he would appear if you spoke his name three times backwards. Let's see!

Ryan is hangin' in plenty of Proboards at the moment. I doubt you'll have trouble finding him.

More awesome than Yvain? That's possible?

Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Yvain 2.0 would, of course, be much more awesome. ;)

Anybody remember that "fill in what the islands are called" project the MCS had? I'm sure Ryan put the CImmerian islands' names there.

I checked out that project and Ryan only said that the name of the islands is Cimmeria; he was to provide the individual names of the islands later but hasn't done so (yet). The website of the project with the Benacian islands also didn't work for me.

The island address is something like 'doctor-spangle-is-a-geek' except not that exact one ...

Well, Ryan thold me that the names of the islands, from east to west, were: Cromswind, Ironwood (w. Wolfraven being a city), Thunderock, Snowhawk, Icefire.

Each island represented a different clan of Cimmerians, although the center, capital, and most populous island was Wolfraven. Cromswind was the only exception to this, as it was a holy place that housed only priests and the Temple of Crom. The names were typically combinations of two natural elements, either physical or animal.

A lot of the culture was based on the Hyborian Age as described by Robert E. Howard in his Conan the Barbarian stories.

Anything beyond this seems to have been lost to time unfortunately.
