The County of Shimmerspring

In IRC Ari offered me to develop an undeveloped county within Brookshire (and more specifically K'Tzuni). Thus, I have chosen Shimmerspring. He tells me the region nurtures a sort of Russian-Slavic type culture, which I enjoy doing, considering my own Kingdom is Slavic. Essentially I plan to revamp the county, making it more...again...Slavic, as Ari said I should do. So to begin, I would probably do the following:

Renaming:
Shimmerspring to Jugeskaja ('j' is said like a 'y')
Regional Capitol: Jugensk

In addition, I plan to develop its own culture, making it more "Russian" as Ari said it had a Russian like culture.

Overall it should be a learning experience for myself if anything.

Ay. I don't actually have authority to give out counties in Brookshire, of course, but I'm sure Erik (or Maksym if he shows up, he's been a little bit absent lately) (or, since I'm mentioning absent people, Krasniy, the actual Duke of Brookshire) will be happy to decree you count

Shimmerspring to Jugeskaja ('j' is said like a 'y')

On the forum: Through the Ministry of the Interior (that would be me). I'll implement it (i.e. change the forum name and grant you moderatorship in that forum) soonish, but I have a forum-breaking idea regarding moderatorships in the queue... I'll implement the current outstanding administrative requests the old way if I'm not finished with it tomorrow.

On the wiki: Register at the wiki. Create a page for County of Jugeskaja. There's no page on Shimmerspring so there's no need to worry about renaming anything there. Fix the non-historical references to Shimmersprint (that would be the articles Barony of K'Tzuni, and County)

Regional Capitol: Jugensk

Put its location on a map. I'll include it in the consistency project.
