Guy Fawkes, as marvellous a rogue as he was (and as much as his country needs him today) he could only rustle up a BOOOM.

Only here can we add an essential holy element, which renders it transformed as B0O0/\/\.... :jadie :tomcutterhamonfire :jadie

No, That would be burning an effigy due to simmering fear and hatred of Catholics. Fun times for all! :jadie

Perhaps a little - but we'll have it rebranded to include bobbin for apples, an auto de fe and the Brazen Bull, for varieties sake.

Aren't there council restrictions on the burning of effigies?

Well then.

Oh and I'm not going on MSN until we've achieved "Free Scotch"

Number one reason to know Shireroth is doomed:

It's most interesting, active and competent citizen turned out not to exist.

He existed, and still exists in a manner of speaking.

Shirerithian papelism is a low key version of my old dream for the FRC. Long live Scott, Yvain, Jess, and whatever Jess' A.E.'s name was.

Dennis sends his warmest wishes as well.

Of course he does, now that you've freed him from that prison.

Yvain was never in prison. In fact no one was in prison. In fact, Shireroth does not have a prison and it would be nearly impossible to achieve via a web based medium.

I was referring to Dennis, not Yvain/Scott, and this thread is still among the ones left over from the late recwar.

Yes, that would be because it was soaked in tar and mounted on a large stick placed in the middle of the Shirekeep, Old City, along side the boiled heads of Lokists mounted on pikes at 'Traitors Gate', intended to give a period feel to the tourist attractions.
