Decree on Mike Fors and a Duchal Diet

I, Duke Benkern of Yardistan and Anarch of Yardistan, do declare the following:

First that our newly arrived trustee Mike Fors shall be appointed Bailiff of the Territory of Lac Glacei;
Second that the Sheriff of that fife, H4773r 3lfs0n the Baron Vorpmadal, shall retain his title of Sheriff, but all powers he had as Sheriff shall be transferred to the new Bailiff and he (the Sheriff) shall be placed subordinate to the new Bailiff.
Third that we do thank our trustee Jacobus Loki (I.R.E.) for his suggestion of the position of Bailiff and his continued co-operation with the Yardistani control of the aforementioned territory.
Fourth that, in light of recent discussions about a Baronial Chamber in the Landsraad and the issue of the economy and Barons backing their Duke, a "Diet of Yardistan" shall be created for the Barons of Yardistan to voice their opinion on any Bill put before the Landsraad.
Fifth that the Duke of Yardistan shall shortly present a Charter before the Diet of Yardistan for its approval.

Though in the case of Lac Glacei, that wintry land being of historical interest to certain people, someone might say otherwise more often than elsewhere. And in that case the matter shall be resolved by me or my Second Dude (Prodigy).

Well... I think H4773r's quite attached to his side of Lunaris... since he moved Vorpmadal from Yardistan to Brookshire to reunite his Barony with those lands.

If h4773r returned I'd probably give him the countship of any re-unified Lunaris, as the upper lands are his home county and he's my direct superior. He's certainly expressed the wish (along with the creator of Lunaris Eriana Moon) that the counties be re-unified.

Anyway, to get back on topic: Duchal Diet? I suggest cabbage and potatoes, both of which are grown in abundance in my fine county and would make me very rich if exported
