Ardashir Khan Osmani, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Count of Lesser Zjandaria, to his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.

An Ordinance detailing Security Precautions for the Occassion of the Kaiser's Visit to Ardashirshahr of Vivantiaday 1.

1. A curfew shall be in effect in the city of Ardashirshahr for the night of Vivantiday 1 and morning of Rasday 2 Biternionsmoon lasting from 2100hrs to 0900hrs. Persons found out of doors during that period without the permission of the Amir of Police & Militia shall be detained by the appropriate authorities.

2. At all times no group of persons larger in number thafive (5) may assemble in any public area for any public purpose without prior authorisation from the Amir of Police & Militia. Persons contravening this order shall be subject to a robust dispersal procedure by the appropriate authorities.

3. The appropriate authority in this instance shall be deemed to be the County Security Department - Office A (Internal Security).

4. The 9th Aviation Squadron, Rustayisarbazi Goruhân Bâbki & Sevvom Rustayisarbazi Gordân Ardashirshahr, shall be mobilised to provide Military Aid to the Civil Authority.
