The Community Service Programme in Caligae, a local initative sponsored by the County Service, continues to have a strong stimulating effect on the economic structure of the northernmost portion of the County of Lesser Zjandaria where reconstruction and development work is keeping many formerly idle mouths gainfully employed.

Osman-Almagro Industries has been a key stakeholder in driving forward this third way Corporate Government & Voluntary initiative and as such it is only right that it receives the first dividend with the opening of the White Star Chemical Works in Caligae.

The White Star site, which will employ five thousand shift workers, mostly drawn from formerly disadvantaged sectors of Zjandarian society, has commenced production of chloromethyl chloroformate, chloropicrin, bromacetone and ethyl iodoacetate - all of which are vital to various industrial and agricultural processes. White Star will form a vital cornerstone of the Corporate County State which is charged with the salvation of Lesser Zjandaria after the misfortunes visited upon the Elwynn by the aggressors and the devestating knock on effect to the civil infrastructure.

White Star promises however only to be the first of many such projects that will feed into the five month plan that is to be announced by the County Service and that is expected to continue the policy of reconstruction through industrialisation and militarisation.
