Elwynn High Tech Engineering, a subsidiary of Osman-Almagro Industries is pleased to report that the Zjandaria Research Institute at Vijayanagra has reopened with a view to swiftly attaining full productivity. The Institute lapsed into inactivity during the period of disorder - however dutiful investigations and painstaking reconstruction allowed for the facilities at the heart of the institute, including an isotope separation facility, to be faithfully recreated.

A Conversion Facility at Caligae had survived into the present times relatively intact and volunteers drawn from the community service programme have been busily engaged in minor structural repairs.

Unfortunately a Heavy Water production facility at Ardashirshahr has been compromised by interim unauthorised urban developments and also by the loss of controlled flow on the West Elwynn River owing to the destruction of the dam during the recent civil war.
