My dear and noble friend,

Ever since Conglacio´s rule of Elwynn, I have been the Lord of Cape Farewell in the northern parts of your county, near Caligae. When the new duke of Elwynn created counties (my ancestor), he stipulated that Lesser Zjandaria would include Caligae and Lesser Zjandaria on the condition that his family would keep a manor near Cape Farewell. Although this arrangement has worked well, I would like to ask you respectfully to transfer the area eturn Lesser Zjandaria would be given full control of the eastern Elwynn sluices and the city of Islus and of the land adjacent to the river up to near Kingsgate.
I ask you this because I feel an emotional bond to the Cape Farewell and to its history which I can explain further should you want me to.

It's not that big a house. Two stories, maybe some fifteen rooms all together. Made of stone. It lies by the coast a few kilometres north of Caligae. There's a village near as well, Harmaniyeh just by a little brook.
