A Directive governing the regulation of Causality

1. Causality levels in Araxion shall not exceed 3 DWs (Discworlds, the most improbable thing ever thought of), or 5 FSMs (flying spaghetti monsters).

2. Any entity (buildings included) that
a) has a causality level higher than 0.5 DWs/1.5 FSMs
b) is likely to cause harm to a narrative story line
c) causes fluctuations in the narativium levels of the county

is required to report immediately to Araxion Tower for renormalization. Should the entity in question be immovable (in the case of buildings) it shall be the responsibility of the owner of the entity to report it.

3. Any entity (buildings included) that has a causality level between 0.09 DWs and 0.49 DWs / 0.2 FSMs and 1.4 FSMs must at all times wear a Narrative Causality Emitter (courtesy of the ISI). Penalty for disobeying this will be automatic renormalization. Should the entity in question be immovable (in the case of buildings) it shall be the responsibility of the owner of the entity to ensure such measures are followed.

4. Any entity (buildings included) who's causality levels exceed 2 DWs / 3 FSMs are hereby banned from Araxion. A request may be made by such entities to arrange travel into Nordland.
