I ask that you allow me to resign my position as the Earl of Eliria and Utasia.

I ask that you allow the Lesser Zjandarian district of Caligae to be made into a county of its own, under the name of Cape Farewell.

If this petition does not please you, Lord Elwynn, that you will at least give me the pleasure of taking up residency in the area of Cape Farewell. For it is unto there my heart longs, it is there I grew up. And it is there, Lord, that I feel closest to the Living Goddess whose name this Duchy bears.

In regard to your request, we note it and deem it worthy of consideration. We shall draw up proposals and present them here for further discussion.
