To Avakair

Count Andelarion went to Eliria Station. It´s a new station, built to accommodate high-speed trains that the former duke of Elwynn brought forward in his transportation conquest of the duchy. Anyway, on a high-speed train, Aradas seated himself. Ah! Such grandeur, such luxury on the train. This was the first time he would go "abroad", across the border to Ynnraile.

After the locomotive there were only two cars on the track. In the first car Aradas was together with some personnel, and two of his advisers. In the second car, some seventy Elirian soldiers were, ready to protect their count should the need arise. It was, after all, enemy territory they would enter. The Baron of Ynnraile has labelled the Elwynnese as rebels. At this thought, Aradas sighed, but it was as a sign of good will that his travel company wasn´t any bigger. Trying to make friends with Wintersong (what a good name, Aradas thought as a parenthesis) wasn´t going to be easy, but...

The train left the station at 1800. It would take them all night to go to Avarkair. Aradas indulged himself in the foods available in the car and decided to sleep through the trip.

He was nervous, so he couldn´t sleep. "This is going to be a long nighty he thought he´d say hello to the soldiers that accompanied him in the second cart. He was greeted well, and he sat down for a while at an empty seat between the eighteen-year old soldier Marius who actually wasn´t the youngest on board.

Aradas and Marius talked for a while, and after some time when the conversation had gone quiet, Aradas fell asleep.
