The Butter Code

The glorious County of Smjörkýr shall, with the continued grace of the reverent Butter Cow, abide by the following laws:

1. Administration
a. The Count rules by the grace of the Duke of Elwynn and the Butter Cow.
b. The word of the Count is total and supreme within the County but defers to the Baron of Iserdia and Duke of Elwynn and ultimately the Kaiser.

2. Religion
a. The religion of the County shall be the Dozan Bovic Church.
b. A bosarchy of the Dozan Bovic Church shall be established in Glenfiddich to serve the Bovics in the area.
c. The Count shall be the Bosarch of Glenfiddich.

3. Rights
a. All residents of the County have the right to worship the Butter Cow in whatever manner they choose.

4. Responsibilities of Residents
a. Residents must give reverence to the Butter Cow twice daily, but not before, during, or after mealtimes, after waking up, or before going to bed. Time of rerence must be different than the previous day.

5. Symbols of the County
a. The colors of the county will be orange, blue and silver.
b. The county flag will be an orange Scandinavian cross with silver trim on a blue field with the white flower of Elwynn in the canton.

6. Free Juice and Bagels
a. All gatherings in the name of the County must provide a variety of free fresh bagels and juice for those in attendance.

7. Calender
a. The County will operate under the Simplified Natopian Calender.
b. The months in order are: Novaber, Liebluary, Grunil, Regnuary, Blumuar, Sonnuber, Friedeber, Natopuary, Konil, Tasneber, Dankember, Geburtsber.

They're free so they will all probably be dry lol

There's no clause about the quality of the juice and bagels. Could have been there years.

I propose the following change to the Sacred Butter Code:

6. Free Juice and Bagels
a. All gatherings in the name of the County must provide a variety of free fresh bagels and juice for those in attendance.

Good point. Exceptionally stale or molding bagels would be an affront to the Cow and an embarrassment to church and County.
