Ari, That image of Kowloon is my personal favourite. I'm in the midst of a research project with some first hand sources from Kowloon I've found. I had no idea that the good Duchy was referring to THAT straylight.
BTW, I'm in the middle of Spook Country, I strongly suggest you pick it up if you haven't.

There's probably some rule in Finland about talking about Kowloon... or enclosed urban structures. Or very possibly what you just suggested. Let's ask Tahmesab.

While I didn't get a conversation started as a result of this thread, I do appreciate the aesthetic and am learning about the history of the Duchy as a result.
