By may hand, as Duke of Yardistan and Baron of the Saran Isles, and by the grace of His Niftyness, I do decree the following:
1. The Saran Isles, formerly known as Vorpmadal, but now encompassing Florencia and the Sarein Archipelago, shall be granted a new flag.
2. The new flag is determined to be thus:
This flag pays proper tribute to its predecessor, as well as encompassing elements from the Sarein cultures that dominate the barony: the horse of So Sara, and the cog of Mar Sara.
3. The Sarein Archipelago will be the designated name for the small group of islands between Naudia'Diva and Florencia, as shown in the map below.
