With the arrival of Lady Eriana to Yardistan, The duchal government of Yardistan wishes to recognize and bestow the honour and title of, "Baron" to citizen Osmose and bestow the lands of Amity and Mirioth to him on the following conditions.1) That Either Eriana or Cesare Agosto agrees to join. Personally, I am partial to making Florencia a county under BAM, if it so pleases Either Eriana or Cesare Agosto.2) Osmose shall recieve 2 votes in the Landsraad, and be gratefull.By my hand on the 2nd fishday of Ifnin(April 5th, 2005),Gman Russell.
