Yardistani Culture lesson 1)Yardistan does as much as it can to separate it from the Nation that claims it. I am the Anarch of Yardistan, and as Anarch, I represent the nation Yardistan to the world. As Duke, I represent the duchy for Shirerothian Purposes. In theory, the Anarch and Duke could be different people.The Same goes for Baron/Terretorial Overlord. I can make anybody an overlord living within Yardistan, and they can control any of the Terretories held off the Isle (like Mirioth/amity, Mo'adib/Florencia, and Khaz Modan Islands, and Mar Sara Nordix). I've made one into a barony specifically so you could be a baron and thus vote.Part of being Yardistani is being a thorn in the side of the greater nation. Be ready to cause trouble and constantly question the goverfnment--that's what i used to do. I've gotten more conservative.
