I was perusing a map and I happened to see that the city of Novi Nigrad is built directly on the equator. As you maybe aware, the equator is quite an important latitude when we are dealing with geosynchronous orbits. On behalf of the ISI I was hoping that we might purchase a plot of land just east of the city where we would set up a rocket launch pad.

I think we can negotiate.

Excellent. In that case may I ask what you would ask in return for about 4 square kilometers of land? Also the location does not have to be near the city, I actually think that further would be better in any case, just as long as its on the equator.
