The Ministry of Information is going to establish a national trunk railway system, and would like to nationalize the system that is currently in place in the old lands of Goldshire and Brookshire. What would a fair price be for that system?

Don't be like that, Harvey. It's perfectly simple. A fair price is "what would you have been paid for bounties for doing this." The answer of which is probably 300-400 erb (if I'm remembering the railway correctly - it was mainly a series of maps, yes?). So does 200 each sound appropriate?

An idea isn't worth anything by itself. Everyone has ideas. If there was a website or something, fully finished and awesome, then it would be something to judge a bounty for. Bounties should be handed out for results, not for concepts.

I'm handing out the bounty for the maps, not the idea. If it were just an idea, just the name "Brookshire Railway", just a one sentence description of "We are teh awesome railway company", that wouldn't be worth a bounty. But I distinctly remember maps.

Incidentally Ashkenatza has started exploring the possibilities of a high-speed rail network across our Benacian territories- perhaps at some point in the future this could be expanded to link in with any similar Shirereithan systems currently in existence?

There is no such system at the moment. After the ordinary railway system is up and running, possible high speed lines will be explored.
