Multiple Decree listings

Is there a point in having an Imperial Decree page as well as each Imperial Decree having its own page if we already have the DecreeBook?

Yes, since most Kaisers don't decree amendments to the DecreeBook. Many of the Imperial Decrees are separate from the DecreeBook. It is also for historical purposes.
