(I figured considering you took the time to post in my Duchy it would be prudent to pay you the same respect rather than replying to that thread)

The Anarch of Yardistan is behind your rebellion 100%. There has been far too much civil obedience in Shireroth of late and this seemed as good as any reason to shatter the peace. However, it seems the matter has been resolved and the rightful Duke recognised. If you are ever in need of support for a rebellion for whatever reason, you know where to send your emissaries. Monty Crisco has ever been a friend of Yardistan... I think... and we are eager to kill two birds with one stone. (NB: Bring pie next time)

Rafting photographers already use pigeons as a sneakernet to transport digital photos on flash media from the camera to the tour operator. Over a 30 mile distance a single pigeon may be able to carry tens of gigabytes of data in around an hour, which on a purely bandwidth basis compares very favorably to current ADSL standards, even when accounting for lost drives.

Oh right. That's quite cool.

These kinds of simple bulk transport do not actually use the Internet Protocol.
