So if Monty Crisco becomes subordinate to a Baron or Duke in the near (or far) future, will this Charter be changed, or is it like its large immutable Imperial cousin?

If Monty Crisco ends up under a Baron.. it will obey that Baron. as per article II clause 1. So it wouldn't need changing. E. Metzler (UEC)Duke of Brookshire"Never use a BOO/\/\ist as a diplomat" -- GSClicky Clicky..., Tiss for your own good ya know.
