With the resent "test" of an ISI weapon platform off the coast of Yardistan, and the Kaiser's recent order to the ISI to destroy a city in Yardistan. Monty Crisco is now at full military alert.

All ISI personnel found in Monty Crisco shall be subject to arrest for the connection to the organization, and be investigated for crimes against the innocent. All ISI assets in the County of Monty Crisco shall be seized.

All individuals working for the Imperial Government in Monty Crisco shall be removed, and if not deemed a threat returned to Goldshire.

All ships moving up the River shall be stopped, boarded and turned back. Any materials of a dangerous or military nature shall be confiscated, and their crews detained.

A messenger shall be sent to Goldshire.
