All territorial borders controlled by the County of Monty Crisco shall remain closed and patrols established. All persons attempting to enter must show proper identification and submit to the inspection of their person and belongings. Cooperation is required for entry. No person is exempt.

Any patrol guard found to be violating these laws shall face jail time or even execution, if their failure results in the entry of hostile persons to the state.
